Thomas D. Graham is a trial lawyer and founding attorney with more than a decade of experience handling complex injury, wrongful death, and maritime cases. A former prosecutor, he built his foundation in the courtroom early and has continued to refine his trial skills through advanced training, including the Gerry Spence Method. He is licensed in multiple states and has held leadership roles, including Chair of The Florida Bar Admiralty Law Committee.

Thomas approaches every case with a deep, working knowledge of the issues involved. He studies the facts, works with leading experts, and prepares each case as if it will go to trial. Known for being relentless and creative, he is focused on building cases that hold powerful parties accountable while making sure your story is fully understood.

Megan Arnold is a lawyer whose practice focuses on sexual assault and abuse litigation, negligent security, and insurance disputes. Her background in special education and early hands-on experience clerking in a plaintiff’s practice shaped her ability to navigate complex cases with insight. She has also completed advanced training in trauma-informed and psychodramatic techniques to support clients throughout the legal process.

Megan’s approach is centered on understanding you as a person, not just a case. She takes the time to listen to your story and experience, prepares you for what lies ahead, and communicates clearly at every stage of the process.
